I clicked on ‘Start’ but where is the course?
The course opens in a new window. Check to see where the new window has opened.
If you accidentally closed the window and cannot get back onto the course, refresh the page with the Splashscreen (the Splashscreen is gray and welcomes the user to the course. It begins ‘Welcome to the Templar Executives CSA/GDPR course’).
At this point, you will be able to get back to the course by clicking ‘Start’ again.
I clicked on a speedbrief, how do I get back to the course?
A speedbrief will open in a new tab. Find the tab where the course is open by navigating through the tabs in your open browser, until you find the course – this is how to return to the course.
My course crashed – can I get back on to it?
Yes, this may have been because of the strength of your Internet connection. Make sure you have reconnected to the Internet, and then return to the course. The course should have saved your progress and so you will not have to redo any sections you previously completed.
My course crashed – do I have to do all the sections I’ve already worked through?
