Can I retake the course?

Yes, you can retake the course within the seven day window.

If I do half of the course now, can I do the other half at any point?

Yes, you can take as many comfort breaks as you want. We do suggest that you do the course in one sitting to ensure you have effectively absorbed the information, and for better results from the assessment at the end of the course.

Why am I having trouble logging on?

When copy and pasting your password from the eSales email, please ensure there are no mistakes. Please copy and paste directly from the email.

How long do I have access to the course?

You will have access to the course for 7 calendar days. You must complete the course within this length of time and take the assessment. If you do not complete it within this length of time, you will need to repurchase the course and take the course again.

Why won’t my certificate print?

The certificate should print effectively from any browser. If you have problems with one, the optimum browser to access the course and print a certificate from is in a Google Chrome browser.

If the user is still having problems, assure them you will take care of it. Then log on to the course from a Google Chrome browser, take the assessment again for them, save the certificate as a PDF and send it back to them.

Our apologies. This shouldn’t have happened and could have been because of the strength of your internet connection. Can you send us your full name by email with your request, and we will send back a PDF version of the certificate?

No, please send us your full name and request via email and we will send you a PDF version of your certificate.

Why won’t my link to the training website work?

Please check you are connected to the Internet.

If you are connected to the Internet, please check you have not set your security settings regarding websites too restrictively.

Alternatively, try another browser. For optimum results, please access the course via Google Chrome browser.

Why can’t I log on using the username and password you sent in an email to me?

Please check firstly that you are connected to the Internet.

Please ensure you copy and paste the username and password directly from the email you were sent from eSales.

Why can’t I see/access the course I paid for?

Please go to the webpage you are sent to immediately after you enter your username and password and gain access to the course.

You should click ONLY on the course underneath ‘My Courses’. You may be able to see other eLearning courses but you will not have access to any other courses featured on the www.cybersecuritytraining.co.uk website, apart from the ones you have paid for.

I clicked on ‘Start’ but where is the course?

The course opens in a new window. Check to see where the new window has opened.

If you accidentally closed the window and cannot get back onto the course, refresh the page with the Splashscreen (the Splashscreen is gray and welcomes the user to the course. It begins ‘Welcome to the Templar Executives CSA/GDPR course’).

At this point, you will be able to get back to the course by clicking ‘Start’ again.

I clicked on a speedbrief, how do I get back to the course?

A speedbrief will open in a new tab. Find the tab where the course is open by navigating through the tabs in your open browser, until you find the course – this is how to return to the course.

My course crashed – can I get back on to it?

Yes, this may have been because of the strength of your Internet connection. Make sure you have reconnected to the Internet, and then return to the course. The course should have saved your progress and so you will not have to redo any sections you previously completed.

Why isn’t anyone I’ve uploaded able to access the courses?

Did you enter the correct course code for the uploaded users? Entering an incorrect course code for a user will prevent them being uploaded to a course.

The course code for Muscat University CSA course is: muCSA

The course code for Muscat University GDPR course is: muGDPR

Ensure you are replying to esales@templarexecs.com with a list of users and their respective course code. eSales will also provide a special code (e.g. FTG1231) to verify your purchase, please include this in your reply.

I have an individual who can access one course but not the other but I put both course codes for them?

You will need to repeat an individual’s details for each separate course to ensure they are uploaded properly for both courses.

This means entering their full name and email address again, next to the other course code, in the format that was sent to you in the original eSales email. An example is provided below.

Please reply to this email with a list of email addresses for enrolment. Please ensure each new user is Listed Firstname Surname Emailaddress and CourseCode on a new line with a space seperating fields, for each account required.
For example:

Edward Tester Edward.Tester@globalmail.com GDPR
Edward Tester Edward.Tester@globalmail.com MCSA

Why am I getting emails from eSales?

eSales is linked to the payment system. For security reasons, the eSales website isn’t published on our website, where you purchased the courses from.
